Casa Guari is an attractive, very well maintained property, located in a pleasant residential area close to Lagos and is the separate right wing of a detached villa. The left wing is private, but the owners do not live there and rarely visit. The house is modern with typically Portuguese accents. Entering from the front leads you directly into the living room; at the far end is the open plan kitchen. To the side are the 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. In front of the house is a well-treated lawn area with a children's playground. The kitchen door leads to another garden area and from there some steps lead down to the pool and partly covered pool terrace. By the pool is a fully equipped apartment studio (TV, dishwasher etc.) which sleeps another 2 people. There is a built in BBQ and sink around the corner. The garden is full of flowers, giving the whole place a bright, welcoming appearance. The nearest beaches - Luz or Lagos - are easily be reached by car. |
